Annual Grow with Google meet-up, a multi-day experience for 100 small-business owners and 50 to 75 Googlers. The meet-up was dedicated to training, tools, and resources to help grow skills, careers, and businesses. Held on and off campus, the meet-up was designed to inform and inspire guests, helping them adapt, grow and better serve their communities while connecting. The meet-up included keynote speakers, breakout sessions, social events, interactive art portraits of small business attendees and programming. For off-campus meetups like dinner at the Spy Museum and Mini golf and drinks at Puttery. Our overall responsibilities included: venue selection and management, scenic design, comprehensive technical direction (including audio, video, lighting and staging), stage management, breakout space design and management, welcome receptions, off-site dinners, graphic design and print production, content creation moments and interactives, transportation, market-specific off-site excursions and gifting.
